  1. PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

Everline is not responsible for pre-existing conditions including scratches, cracks, stains, discoloration, loose fixtures, weak hardware, water damage, damaged grout, aging caulking, structural defects, or deteriorated materials.

Cleaning may reveal conditions previously concealed by dirt, buildup, grease, dust, or clutter.

  1. HIDDEN DEFECTS

Everline is not responsible for damage resulting from hidden defects, improper installation, defective materials, manufacturer defects, aging components, weak mounting systems, or structural weaknesses.

  1. HIGH-RISK SURFACES

Certain materials carry inherent cleaning risks, including:

• Marble
• Natural stone
• Granite
• Travertine
• Antique finishes
• Delicate wood
• Specialty coatings
• Oxidized metals
• Aging grout
• Aging caulking

Everline cannot guarantee restoration or damage-free results on such surfaces.

  1. VALUABLE ITEMS

Clients are responsible for securing:

• Cash
• Jewelry
• Firearms
• Collectibles
• Antiques
• Artwork
• Important documents
• Irreplaceable items

Everline is not responsible for unsecured valuables.

  1. ELECTRONICS

Everline is not responsible for data loss, software issues, electronic malfunctions, or existing electronic damage.

  1. APPLIANCES

Everline is not responsible for appliance failures caused by existing defects, improper installation, age-related deterioration, or manufacturer defects.

  1. DAMAGE CLAIMS

Damage claims must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of service completion and include photographs and supporting information.

Everline reserves the right to inspect any alleged damage before repairs or replacements occur.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everline shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

Any liability established against Everline shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  1. NON-SOLICITATION

Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit Everline employees, contractors, or representatives for twenty-four (24) months following the last date of service.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Everline shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including weather events, utility outages, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, or governmental actions.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with Everline’s Service Agreement, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
