Cancellation & Payment Policy

At Everline Cleaning Services, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and our cleaning professionals, the following policy applies:

Payment Authorization
​
By scheduling a service and providing your payment information, you authorize Everline Cleaning Services to securely store your credit or debit card for future charges related to your booking.
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Once your cleaning service has been completed, the full remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Cancellation Policy

Less than 24 hours after your booking: No cancellation fee.

More than 24 hours after your booking: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service price will be charged to the card on file.

Same-day cancellations or cancellations after our cleaning team has arrived: Up to 100% of the total service price may be charged.

No-Show or Unable to Access Property: If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time due to lockout, incorrect access information, or no response, the appointment will be considered a No-Show and 100% of the scheduled service amount may be charged.

Rescheduling
​

Rescheduling more than 24 hours before your appointment is free of charge.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee.
